This company was a joke... didn't even get past the appointment confirmation. This was a company designated through my home warranty company, and is 45 mins away which was already bad. I scheduled an appointment, and the afternoon before they called to tell me the tech had a family emergency and needed to be off the next day. They could work me in but my appointment time would change. I scheduled my whole day already around this appointment as we were on vacation starting the next day. So I rescheduled for the next week.
