I was not satisfied at all with my pet's stay, and many others can tell you the same.
The staff was very rude and my animal was not given the proper care. I found him to be dehydrated when he returned home. I was never contacted about his lack of water intake had it been my dog neglecting his bowl.
Also, you must pay extra for all additional services such as walks and play time, which other kennels will do no matter what. There's no possible way of knowing whether or not they are actually performing such activities anyway, whereas some other kennels that I have boarded at will have staff playing with animals when you drive up to them.
Bottom line, find someplace better that actually cares for your pet.

Our first dog was very hyper. Dale LOVED to go to "camp". He was much loved and cared for when we were away. When we got our next dog, it was with out a doubt that Sweet Babu would be cared for just as well.. She too loves going to "camp"! Thank you for the love you show my pets while in your care!
They've been keeping my Chihuahua mix very happy for the past 2 years! Although my little doggie misses me when I have to travel, he loves the cuddles, playtimes, sleeping quarters, and grooming...

I love Carolina Pet Place, especially for my Yorkie's grooming! Everywhere else I had taken him, we had to sedate him so he could be cut and groomed. I changed to Carolina Pet Place, and Rikki, the groomer there, asked that she try and groom him without any sedative. Because of the gentleness and kindness she must show to the animals, Corky did great! NO SEDATIVES anymore! I couldn't be happier!
