This happened in 2005 and the customer was told to make a police report which she did. The police never investigated her complaint. Customer wanted Carolina Maids to buy her many new items that she said was stolen. Carolina Maids refused without proof of the missing items. The maid that Carolina Maids sent to my home stole numerous items from my closet - 3 formal dresses, pants, skirts, etc. When confronted, the management told me they would do nothing about it unless police convicted the maid using a lie detector test. I'm 100% positive that no one else was in my home unsupervised around the time the items were stolen. Plus, the maid is the same size as me! Now...
