Had Greg out to fix my washer. He came out the same day and put a pump in my washer. He had the pump on his truck and had me washing again in 30 mins.. My teenage daughter was happy. We had 4 loads to do. I will recommend to all my neighbors.

We called Carolina Appliance Service, in Mooresville, NC 704-662-0004 on Tuesday, Oct 14, 2008 to come a repair my Maytag, Neptune. I ordered the part that was covered under warranty. The man we talked to is Bob. Bob put us in the 3:00 ? 5:00 slot on Thursday, Oct 16th. The part arrived on noon Oct 16th and I called to confirm our 3:00 ? 5:00 slot. Bob said that is insane, are you crazy? Do you really think I am coming out to your house today? I said we were already in this slot. He said he would call in the morning Oct. 17th to schedule a time to come out and repair the unit. I hung up and...

My sister lives in mooresville she is uses a walker. They were so polite and they came out sme day and fixed her refrigerator . She saved hundreds of dollars worth of food!!!!! Greg was so nice and called her before he went so she could have time to get to the door. He had all the parts on his truck . We will definitley use them again. She has told all her neighbors about them!!!
