Didn't expect to find a decent Mexican restaurant in Dubuque, Iowa, but this place was pretty good. Food was good (though it could use a bit more zest) and service was friendly and efficient.

My mother-in-law loved what she ordered. Don't remember what it was called, but it had spinach and mushrooms and was on the smaller portions menu. I had the margarita fajita chicken and the chicken was flavorful; there was just too much sauce and melted cheese....

Good fool, wonderful server

Typical chain restaurant. Quality food and a family atmosphere. Our server, Ann, was a hoot! Not only was she quick and efficient, we ended up having a nice, short conversation about kids, etc.

Carlos O'Kelly's was visited out of convenience and proximity to our hotel. My peers enjoyed their food, but my fish tacos lacked presentation. Though they tasted fine, it would not be something i would order again. The chimichangas were very good though.
