Unfortunate experience. First day the care provider was a no-show, gave company a second chance to send another person the next week, even confirmed with the President, and the care take was 30+ min late so I canceled all together. Especially for in-home care of seniors punctuality is critial and they MUST show up. I trust they will fix this issue but for now I've moved on to a different company.
