Beware. This agency does nothing when a sitter doesn't show up. The client is stuck alone - no food, Meds, changed underwear. It's pathetic. They dont even know when their sitter isn't coming & when they do know they may call u hours late & just say the sitter isn't coming. They are totally indifferent.

Very poor communications. Totally controlling know it all management and nurses. Never keep commitments. Promise a lot, deliver nothing. Stay away from them. You will regret using Care Choices
