I've been extremely satisfied with Car-X's service. I decided to fix some ongoing issues with my headlights, suspension and brakes, and I was treated very well by the staff. I never had to wait for service, they were even able to take care of me when I dropped in. Most impressively, they followed up with me after the service and quickly made things right when my headlights weren't quite...

So, yeah they fixed my car. But along with that should come an experience. The employees' attitudes are average at best.

Quick, thorough, and informative. I know I need to have more work done, but I also know how much it should cost and how much time before I really need it. I was even given a discount that covered part of an extra, non-essential but still recommended windshield wiper blades replacement.
