Just wanted to write a nice review for car cover.com. Their customer service is excellent! I recently purchased a car cover for my 1988 Nissan 300zx. It came in a timely manner, however, the car cover came a little too big for my car.

Bad service, bad product! Not 5 stars, not even ONE STAR
try contacting them and it a joke...24 hr live chat, off line, submit a request to return an item off line...
This company's website failed to indicate that the product I purchased was out of stock.
The order acknowledgement failed to indicate that the shipping was delayed due to backorder.
When I called a week after placing the order, the customer service person admitted the backorder and promised 3-day shipping.
Guess what...the company didn't live up to its promise. Stay away from this stinker.
