My husband and I just moved from NY and we found this amazing place with great people who make you feel at home, and great training. We had never done Capoeira and never thought we could at our age. The classes are challenging, but instructors make it enjoyable. We are excited for what the future holds for us with Karkara!

Capoeira is one of the best exercises that I have ever done. It increases your flexibility and your blood flow throughout your entire body . Helps with body coordination and to one in understand your body. Gives you peace, tranquility, relaxation and decreases your stress levels. On top of that you learn self defense properly without getting hurt!b I love Capoeira at Boynton Beach

I'm not one who is easily impressed but I love how organized Capoeira Karkara is and the staff is amazing!!! My children are really enjoying this after school care and want to continue on a daily basis. I can't express my gratitude enough!!!!!!!
