Capital One Bank, Really needs to update their locations on yelp, because I literally went to three different locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan that were shut down or no longer existed! Very vexing!

I'm sorry but 6:00p is not an appropriate closing time in New York City. Then locking the doors even a minute early is a huge slap in the face to people who rely on your services. I don't know...
