Very knowledgeable! We had gone to another dealer prior and left with no idea what spa we would like. We walked in here and we're helped right away. Kevin spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. We left knowing exactly what we wanted. He did the electrical wiring, was always on time, and did a great job. We love our hot tub!

I love my new Caldera Spa! I wish it could have come in a little earlier, the guy told us 2 weeks ended up being 3, but they told us the company was running behind in deliveries. Great selection, great prices, knowledgeable staff, no pressure. Arrived on time for delivery and installation went without a hitch. Only wish we had ordered a tub one size larger, but that's on us; not them!
