We bought 6 rugs from capel and had a defect in one of the rugs. Capel without giving me any run around or alot of questions replaced the rug. They were extremely pleasent (Amanda) and very easy to work with. I wish other companys were as easy. I rate this company very highly. Keep up the good work.
