DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Their primary concern is making a dollar with minimal care and concern towards their clients. After consultation with Dr. Lotten, he made it clear that I had two options, get my back molar pulled or having it crowned. Removing it was only about $200 but crowning it would be over $2,000 ($1,500 to the colleague he referred me to for the root canal plus and additional $800 for the crown itself to his office). At 30 something I knew the wise decision was to invest in the permanent option of crowning the tooth.
Fast forward 17 months and at a business lunch meeting while eating Empanadas, a portion of the crown cracks off in my mouth. I contacted Dr. Lotten's office immediately and am informed that I need to pay $155 to be seen and may be responsible for additional funds to fix the crown. I could not believe that this $2,000+ procedure for a "permanent" fix was now going to cost me more money after only 17 months. I was also informed that the crown came with a 1 year limited warranty, when asked why I wasn't informed of that and not only could I not get an answer, the staff could not care less.
Their answer: Pay us more money or shame on you.
Staff really friendly and helpful .... never had any bad fixings so I'll continue my treatment there
