Overall, I have to say the experience was just average, but there are so few RV choices in San Diego and from what I have seen, they are all average at best. We have a 40 foot coach. Even in the largest site, the RV and vehicle both had to steal some space from the driving aisle. That was okay...

We stayed here in early March. We were surprised at how many sites were taken up with either semi permanent or permanent campers. As we have a longer rig, we got a back in site, close to the water. this place was just wow.the morning coffee looking over the bay was only second to the sunsets. cafe on site. an amazing little general store. friendly staff and great neighbors. community showers and restrooms were kept clean and tidy. sites were blocked with a short fence for privacy. picnic tables were in great shape.
