We were with them for 2 years at our Pomoano Beach condo. They provided us with untrained staff and the property manager who was to supervise them was never there. They screwed up our books to the point that our auditor who we were with for 20 years wanted to drop us. Then, when we switched to a simple staffing contract, they pulled their employees without respecting their own cancellation clause.
MWI is totaly out of control. I beleive that they have most condo board members in their pocket. Also, they own a company calld CPM they use as a maintenance contractor with long term contracts. How convenient? In some cases charhes and invoices are forwarded to be paid with out any back up or proof that the work was actualy done. the amount of money that they charge for their services is outrages. no one is willing challenge them from fear of harrasment.
