I have lived here 3 months and there have been 8 break ins to apts cars being broken into etc and the surrounding apt complexes are not having the same issues I am convinced it's an inside job bc of the details related to the break ins I nor my neighbors feel safe in their own homes which is not a good feeling bc everyone needs to feel safe in their own homes. I am not resigning my lease here...

I would not recommend this community to anyone. Having lived here for nearly two years, I cannot wait for the lease to end. Nice looking property, nice amenities, sketchy location (too close to homeless shelter, around the corner from a nightclub that keeps late night loud foot traffic going almost every night), unresponsive management. Numerous break-ins, thefts over the last month, yet...

It's really gone down hill in the last 6 - 8 months. We are on our third set of managers in 4 months and were without management for a while. Numerous break ins. Security is a major issue. Cars getting broken in to. It used to be well kept and maintained but not so much any more. We can't get the halls, elevators, and property picked up or cleaned on a regular basis. The gym isn't maintained....
