You can get your money's worth somewhere else – There is not much to be said about Camden Brookwood. Honestly you would be better off renting somewhere else and getting your money’s worth.

NEVER LIVE HERE!!! – The only thing that would change my mind about moving out to Camden Brookwood would be if Linda Campbell was fired. She is the property manager and she is out to get anyone who lives there. She tried to evict me for violating my lease after she tried to charge me $1300 for carpet to be replaced when the carpet was in perfect standing. She signed off on my transfer to a new unit and then voided my lease and lied and said she didn't approve it. I'm now in the process of moving out and I will be suing Camden Brookwood!

Don't live here – Huge problem with silversides and they will not call an exterminator. I lived here for 2 years and they hiked the rent up on me. Cars were broken into often and a resident was even chased up the stairs and mugged at gunpoint at his front door. When I moved out, I left the apt in impeccable condition. They sent me at $1800 bill ($1500 for carpet and $300 for prorated rent). They had me moving out 4 days after my lease was up - but luckily a man in the office remembered me turning in my keys 2 days before my lease was up, so that was fixed.
