I wasn't going to take my TV in for repair after reading some comments, but they don't charge for a diagnosis so I thought what the heck. Repair was done timely and the customer service was by far the best i have received from any repair shop. Would recommend to anyone who needed repair on there TV. Five stars so far!
Flaky, non responsive, kept our TV for a month with no explanation. Incompetent, unconcerned about customer service.

Had my Samsung LCD in for a diagnosis and first off there was no charge to diagnose my LCD! Thats a first! The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable of the particular symptom I was having. Brought a 40"" Samsung LCD in for repair for failure to turn on. Read on the internet that this was a very common problem with Samsung LCD's. Received two quotes for the repair (over the phone) before calling this company. CA. video repair gave me a quote that was about $150.00 dollars less than the previous two. The technician showed me exactly what he had to replace, which were the capacitors, and had it complete the next day. Would recommend this company with no hesitation. Great job and very pleasant experience.
