Tried this place out, the sales guy was aggressive but the club is top notch. Very customer service oriented and lots of amenities in the locker room....

This is hard for me to write, becuase I am a member of CFF ( CH) and have been an overall member for NINE YEARS and I absolutely LOVE it from an amenities point of view.

Some of the facilities are nicer than others. I do think think the monthly price is high. When you bring this up to the sales staff, they point out that your health is worth the price. I wonder how much they are paying. Unfortunately, with this economy I don't know how much longerI can afford to go. I guess my health will suffer. I wonder if they care enough about my health to lower the price???

I pay 120 dollars for me and my kids monthly for the membership and it is like going to school with the gym staff always nagging you for something. One time one kid, so called pool supervisor told me to go into the pool because my son who is 6 1/2 cannot be in 3 feet deep pool by himself because he is wearing a life jacket and if my kids(6&1/2 and 4&1/2 yrs) are not wearing any life jackets I...

Rocklin California Family Fitness- I liked the gym but it is very expensive. They charge $59 for first person and $29 for second and $10 next and next.
