These guys are highly racist and a much of frauds. They will LITERALLY steal money from your account and tell you to f-off.
I'm looking for other members who have been defrauded by this disgraceful bank. lets sue them together.

This review is specifically for California Bank & Trust in El Cajon. They are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Best customer service I have had from any bank or any company lately in general. We’ve been dealing with them for four weeks, they cashed a check that was sent from our 401k. Have no record of it, check was signed by them and processed by them. Very unhelpful and extremely hard to deal with.

This bank keeps loosing my payment on the average every other month. When contacted they blame the post office first and then their own system and keeps changing the payment address on the fly. They don't know what they are doing. There is no online account access and they ask you to go to a branch to make payments.
