Absolutely the worst customer service, waited patiently for over 15 minutes was never acknowledged. When everyone else left and all three employees were standing around chatting still not one person acknowledged me. I left went home called customer service and they basically could careless! An extremely nice and knowledgeable staff and a well-stocked, light and bright, well-organized store. The people who work here are so friendly and much less prickly than other Calico Corners stores in the area. It was worth the drive to Deerfield just to have such easygoing, patient help with my project. Everyone working here had a great sense of humor and made the entire experience so enjoyable!
