Great product, great customer service, easy to install, looks great! Easy to maintain. When damaged items were found in boxes, they replace!

I certainly did not do enough research on Cali Bamboo before spending over 5000.00 on their flooring.  I ordered the product thru Jay Emel who could not have been nice enough when I was placing the order.  He answered my phone calls very promptly.  That was not so after the purchase and we started experiencing problems.  Cali Bamboo does not stand behind their product.  Do your research before...
