Call them if you don't mind bad customer service. My repair call was ok, it worked for a day. First I waited an hour past the 9-12 appt time without a call. I recently had Cal-West come out and fix my air conditioner.They were great to work with.The office staff was very friendly and gave me an appointment that worked with my schedule.The repair person was great.He explained everything to me and fixed the problem easily.I recommend them.
