this academy has got to be the best all around BJJ learning facility in the bay area and perhaps top 5 in the country they have not just the best competitors but the best instructors the sport has to offer for all levels beginner intermediate and advance levels I've first hand seen your average jiu jitsu practioner transformed into the worlds best competitor atop the podium at the worlds...

My team, my family, my home in San Jose! The best and only place to train in San Jose! The most technical training around by 8 time world champion Caio Terra! I couldn't say enough good things about Caio, his students, and his staff! I can't wait to make it out there again.

My daughter decided she wanted to train MMA. I had concerns as a father not only about the sport but the environment she would be in. She has now been there 6 weeks and I have no concerns, IMA is what true martial arts are all about. Pride, humbleness, respect and family.
