I am a "Third Wave" / "Specialty Coffee" snob who has gone out of my way for great espresso in several cities. This was the best cortado/gibraltar I've had in a long time. A rich, deep, perfectly balanced espresso pull with what might be the most perfectly constructed steamed milk pour ever: a thick folded velvet microfoam that never collapsed....

I have to say that being a craft coffee drinker I'm kind of a snob. I had an iced pourover with their Amaro Gayo and I was completely impressed. I might just have to go get another.
