Cafe Hue

After dinner at Bistro Kaz, Laura and I walked over to get some dessert at Cafe Hue. I haven’t been to Cafe Hue in years! It was about time to check this place out again. It looked pretty much the same to me. Gelato case in front, couches in the back. The menu was set up differently but pretty much had all of the same items on it.

This little café on Convoy features a collection of my favorite indulgences: fresh-made gelatos (flavors ranging from vanilla to Nutella to taro root), sweet and savory crepes, a full coffee/espresso bar, and liege waffles!! For those who aren't familiar, liege waffles are Gods' version of the waffle, complete with yeast and pearled sugar, so amazing.

Two words: sugar rush.My go to is their Belgian waffle with vanilla gelato. A-OK in my book! I've also tried their Nutella and strawberry crepes and although also good, I prefer their waffles...
