I wanted a very specific type of door, and Garage Door Guys LLC - Concord were the only ones that had it (in Concord, NC at least). They have a very good variety, I strongly recommend them.

Improper installation caused problems with door motor and the Garage Door Guys would not fix the issues

Warning!!! Warning!!! Horrible customer service & and faulty installation service. In March of 2014 our new garage door motor was wired up backward, this set the limits off in the motor to which The Garage Door Guys never fixed and the door tension was also improperly set. In addition this company tried to charge us 500$ EXTRA FOR THIS FAULTY SERVICE. It also took them a week and a half to...
