I am a happy owner The situation of the compound was and still is excelent I live not on a permanent basis in there. Therefore when in need I do not seem to get any satisfying help from the maintenance people When one needs a plumber, electrician or so I find often rescilence and resistence on behalf of Ismael for example Good that I have such a beautiful bunch of great neighbours

This is a wonderful place to live! The problems of the HOA are exaggerated. What HOA does NOT have personality conflicts? The best way is to stay out of the politics. Our last HOA in a single family neighborhood was far worse in this regard. The HOA has been undertaking many upgrades. Coral Tree is within walking distance of almost any service you could want -restaurants, movie theater,...

I have lived here for about 4 years now and I thought I have seen just about everything. The last Board of Directors hired a resident manager, (Very bad move, conflict of interests). This person resigned shortly after the current board of directors started, now is telling everyone that he was fired and is now holding the board responsible.
