I called Carlos mainly because of all the other reviews and he did not disappoint! They came a day earlier, after calling, guaranteed their work for two years, and got the work done very quickly. Only time will tell whether the assessment and repair was accurate, but given the professionalism of the owner, I have no doubt the work is solid.

Carlos was very reliable. Showed up on time to give me an estimate. I felt he was truthful and upfront with me and his price was fair. He showed up on the appointed day and completed the work the same day. Haven't had a rain yet to know how well things worked. Have to check back after our rainy season (if we even have one this year). But, overall, I was very happy with the way he conducted...
