We are happy with the final result. The actual workers were very respectful and punctual. They cleaned up after their selves. The contractor listened to our concerns and tried to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this contractor!
Very professional and courteous. Communicates well with clients (i.e. answers and return calls and emails immediately). If ever a discrepancy, they have the resolve to correct the issues.
Communication with the supervisor was bad. Oftentimes the supervisor was not on site and the laborers were unable to communicate with the homeowners. Some fixtures were installed without asking the homeowners how they would have preferred them to be. The laborers did not cover the shower drain while they were gutting the shower and installing wall tiles and grout and debris went down the...
