A month ago I bought a $600 air compressor from buyautoparts. They sent the wrong part. But as the error was on their part, they agreed to issue me a full refund as advertised. They provided a shipping label and I sent the part back free of cost.

Do Not buy an A/C compressor from buy auto parts! I purchased one just over a year ago- the air never actually got cold, and now it's quit working all together! I called to get some help and I was told that I have to purchase another. Why would I buy another compressor when the original did not work?! They do not stand behind their products, and now I'm the one who has to pay for yet another...

I ordered an alternator 2 weeks ago and it never got shipped the first time ordering it. Called had it reordered and again it never got shipped caked then on Friday extremely pissed off and they said they would have it delivered on the following Saturday. It's still not here.
