We have been in business since 1989 and have NEVER lied to anyone! Most insurance companies REQUIRE aftermarket or used (LKQ) parts. This is written in your policy.

Forgot parts, how do you forget parts? Then they treated me like i was lying about it and made me bring the car in before they admited their mistake. Outright lied to my face about work completed. Used aftermarket parts that don't fit.…
