Butchers Fancy Inc was founded in 2001, and is located at 81 E Sanford St in Yonkers.

Oliver Charles has taken his 30 years experience as a butcher and brought it to Yonkers. The store carries Irish and English products, and gets wild game upon request. They make their own Irish sausage and cure their own corned beef, and regularly carry free range chicken, fresh pork and lamb.
