Steve at this Uhaul location was so helpful today. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and he corrected it at no charge, even though I'm sure it meant he had a lot more work to do after I left. Really great customer service!

This place is stingy. We were told there was a $10 deal for dolly + pads. After returning the truck, they charged us $15 with some lame excuse about the deal being for one-way only. They also charge exorbitant fees for every little thing, like not sweeping the truck or filling the gas, much more than it would actually cost. It doesn't cost $25 to sweep a 10-foot truck floor! Someone who helped...
