I was so impressed with Norma and her staff. They have a no-nonsense attitude. I have been to many other dentists in this town and everytime been bombarded with presentations and upsells before they even knew what my problem was...!! I went into Burnley Dental Group to have my front tooth worked on and to have a 'cap' placed on top of my tooth. I told her what I needed doing and she said Ok and started working on it immediately...!! The work she did was OUTSTANDING.

The work done in the office was not bad. I went in in early April with a specific problem which I actually wanted to have fixed quickly. Well the dental assistant ran the XRays OK and the Dentist himself 'tested' the teeth quite well actually. Here's where it gets tricky - It was my first visit there so I had just given them my insurance info. Despite repeated calls to this office, I have as yet not heard back as to whether or not the insurance is OK. This is ludicruous as I have NEVER had issue with insurance before.
