Drove thirty minutes to drop off my vacuum for repair. Stopped by before 5:45 and everything was closed and locked. Will not be coming back, since they don't adhere to their own posted hours.

Very rude customer service. I was given an attitude when inquiring about a zipper foot. I would have asked about sewing classes if they were welcoming.
