Scott came by my house the same evening that I called him to check out my three projects. I'd give him high points for that, but after taking 30 minutes of my time taking measurements and talking ideas, he never came through. He promised a quote to be emailed to me that night and even said he could start within four weeks. Never got a quote or any followup from him. Disappointing.
