Didn't finish job

Had them refinish a floor Fall 2015. They ran out of shoe mold and had to come back and finsh about 20 feet. Didn't stain as dark though and wouldn't come back out and add another coat of stain to make consistent. So after they mis-measured and wasted my time, they wouldn't perform a 20 minute job at leisure to do it right.

We got a "great deal" for a tile backsplash. Usually they try to upsell you and add on this and that....Not these people, this is a business that does exactly what they say in the time they agree to...REFRESHING.
