I have been coming to Buffalo Small Animal Hospital since I was a child. I grew up watching my family pets receive excellent care here so I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. When my older lab was having issues Dr. Josh helped me thoroughly understand the diagnosis so I was able to help him properly. These are the nastiest people I have ever met. They turn away emergency cases unless you have at least $1,000 in cash when you walk in the door! Their Office manager is NASTY and rude to every caller and visitor! We had a non-profit fund raiser for a pup that was severely injured when struck by a car. The office manager sent back the donations to the senders! She refused to accept anything other than a credit card!
