chose Buds and Blooms because they were local and was beyond dissappointed by the arrangement they sent. I spent $160 on an arrangement which I upgraded to premium and they substituted practically all the flowers for cheaper smaller flowers-- which resulted in a small, unimpressive bouquet for all the money I spent. I chose Buds and Blooms because they were local and was beyond dissappointed by the arrangement they sent. I spent $160 on an arrangement which I upgraded to premium and they substituted practically all the flowers for cheaper smaller flowers-- which resulted in a small, unimpressive bouquet for all the money I spent. I even specifically checked the box that said ""do not substitute flowers in arrangement if the advertised flowers are not available.""
