Got a call from Budget one day before I was supposed to move out of my apartment saying that my reservation was cancelled because there was no truck available. I made my reservation more than a month ago. The guy said the only thing he could do for me was cancel my reservation so I wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee.... gee, thanks....Will never use Budget again.

STAY AWAY! The name says it all. The company has been horrid. The truck was filthy upon pick-up, tires were balding and dangerously under-inflated. I was told they couldn't put air in the tires...

The location is pretty central but looks fairly ghetto - dont let that scare you away though... The trucks are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
