Inconvenient Location, Poor Customer Service
I rented a Town and Country SUV there this week. (Chose the location because it was close to my house.) The vehicle was the only nice thing about the experience. It only had 800 miles, smelled new, was smoke free, and had the perfect room and seats for a visit with my out of state family.

But the location, while it may LOOK convenient, is anything but.
It’s at the corner of an exit ramp and a divided road. When I went to pick up the vehicle at the beginning of the weekend with my husband, it was just a U-turn at a major intersection and then...

Crappy location and crappy customer service. 2 thumbs down. Won’t ever be back. And I would encourage you to take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of nice car and truck rentals scattered throughout Atlanta.
