We booked a 4wheel drive SUV a month prior for a Christmas trip. When we got to budget in the Denver location we were told that 4wheel drive cannot be guaranteed, which was not true. We were then upsold $50 more a day for a 4 wheel drive. I felt like it was a sales scam and will not be renting with budget again. Get everything they tell you in writing or you will be scammed
