This Budget car rental on 5501 S. Broadway in Denver provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, impolite, deceptive. He was only interested in charging me as much as he possibly could. Not helpful. There are plenty of car rental shops around Denver. After telling me I could return the car at 12PM instead of 11AM and then charging me for another entire day I will never be back to this location or any other Budgets. The snide comments and laughing at a distraught customer is really unacceptable. So disappointing :(
