Horrible! They were supposed to clean up the pet stains from my new puppy but when they left all the stains and smells were still there. I trusted them to do the job while I wasn't there because I had used them before but even for a loyal customer they refused to come back and even look to see that the stains were still there. Budget Carpet Cleaning is cheaper than other better known companies out there but unfortunately their service leaves much to be desired.
