Extremely hard to understand, charged me $190 for a $13 relay that was replaced in 20 min and then told me " thats already discounted it should be $230 to replace relay I'm giving you a great deal" only reason I gave him a 1 1/2 star is he was on time but other than that it should be a 1 star
