Rude and condescending. Watched tv WHILE working on my mouth A LOT. Said horrible things about other patients of certain income. Did such a Poor job on BOTH me and my spouse that we had to both go to another dentist to have his work corrected. The equipment is extremely outdated as well.

I went to see today Dr. James M. Shepler III, DDS (he looks better in person than in the picture, to a point where i was not sure if this is the same person) i went for apicoectomy for tooth 9; he explained to me that he is not Endodontist, even though he is doing a lot of root canals (he said sometime he did 50 root canals in one week) but he is not doing apicoectomy and referred me to...
Had a tooth extracted that turned out to be more complicated than originally planned. I had minimal bleeding, no swelling or pain the next day, and the area healed much quicker than any ordinary extraction I've had before. He and the staff are wonderful.!
So friendly and so gentle! Thank you all so much for putting up with a dental phobic woman with kindness and understanding. Dr. Dahm is amazing!
