They replaced the broken cords and cleaned my blinds in 24 hours. Very few businesses will repair blinds these days - even though mine had a "lifetime warranty" from another company, that company said they had discontinued the line, etc etc. If you are interested in getting things repaired and refurbished - this is the place to call.
