Brower Mechanical did an energy assessment for me in June. They found a leaky duct in my attic and suggested lowering the ducts and covering it with insulation. The report they gave me was so thorough. I thought we needed a new ac, but it turned out we didn't'. They did some repairs and shared with me about a program where I could get a 3% loan for the upgrades. I am expecting a rebate check...
